Job Description

Cygnet Hospital Churchill, located in south London, is a 56 bed inpatient mental health hospital for men.

We are looking for an Bank Administrator who is looking for flexibility and can work ad-hoc shifts on a casual basis as and when required to provide cover for annual leave, sickness, training, etc.

You will be working in a hospital setting and provide comprehensive administration support to help to ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. Candidates will need to have strong clerical skills and be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites including Word, Excel and outlook.

Your day-to-day...

  • Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
  • May be asked to provide cover for reception, clerk, med sec, hospital admin, and mha support in cases of annual leave by perm staff.
  • Prepare reports & other written materials
  • Keep files & records as required
  • Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Occasionally taking notes & minutes at meetings when required
  • Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner
