Job Description

If you're an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who is looking for a rewarding and varied role that will make good use of your organisational skills, then come and work with the Hospital Director at Arbury Court.

You will manage the commitments of the Hospital Director, ensuring key tasks and priorities are effectively managed and completed such as managing their dairy, prepare presentations, organising meetings, visits and venues, and minute take.

You will also be responsible for all administration for Governance and Senior Management Team meetings and the administration of all complaints and feedback within the service. This doesn't mean you will have the workload of two people, but rather that you'll put on different hats as you support the wider service.

Occasional travel may be required.

As a Personal Assistant/Administrator you will be:

  • Effective in co-ordinating diaries, scheduling and administration for regular management meetings including notetaking and action trackers
  • Ensuring effective administration of all complaints, compliments and feedback within the service.
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Producing presentations
  • Processing expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliation
  • General administrative tasks - post, filing, dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Providing holiday and absence cover for other PAs/EAs as and when required
  • Undertaking any other tasks that are reasonable and align to your level of responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have significant administration experience at executive and senior management level (Board experience would be an advantage)
  • Be highly organised with a friendly and professional approach
  • Be able to anticipate and fulfil requests
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt writing style according to audience
  • Work positively and flexibly across a range of tasks simultaneously
  • Be computer literate
  • Have excellent diary and time management skills
  • Be fine to work independently
  • Have a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Enjoy supporting others, with a caring nature and resilience
Where you will be working:
Location: Arbury Court, Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR

Join the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court and provide care and treatment for adult women in medium, and low secure, and psychiatric intensive care PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.

Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court focuses on care being 'person-centred' as opposed to 'disease-centred'.

The service is located just off the M62 jnc 9 in Winwick, which benefits from good transport links, making it easy to commute to from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
