Job Advert: Dental Practice Manager

Location: Surrey
Job Type: Part-time (2 days a week)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dental Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice, maintaining high standards of patient care, managing staff, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care.
  • Manage a team of dental professionals and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activities.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be GDC registered.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of dental office procedures and industry regulations.
  • Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and improving practice performance.
