Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a modern GP surgery?

We are looking for a skilled Practice Nurse in the Warrington area, to join a trusted practice on a part-time permanent basis: 2-3 days per week. The surgery is offering a competitive salary - Band 6, negotiable dependent on experience.

This is an amazing opportunity for a local Practice Nurse that wants to join a hard-working team and close-knit team to ultimately focus on providing excellent patient care in a Primary Care setting. The surgery is trusted by approximately 8,000 patients and is a teaching practice, welcoming students from a variety of universities. There is ample free on-site parking and is close to M56, with easy access to Warrington and Manchester.

Skills needed:

• Experience in Primary Care
• Cytology
• Baby/Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management
• Experience with QoF Targets
