What you will do:

* Deliver comprehensive nursing care within the community, focusing on the specific needs of the patients.

* Competent in female and male catheterisation, wound care, leg ulcer management, insulin administration, end of life care, amongst other responsibilities.

* Provide care for patients with complex needs, including syringe driver management and SUPRA-pubic catheterisation.

* Ensure excellent standards in pressure ulcer management and bowel management.

* Engage in manual handling, CPR, fire and anaphylaxis training, and familiarise with electronic patient record systems such as Rio.
