What you will do:
* Act as a First Line Manager with supervisory responsibilities, providing guidance and mentoring to developing social workers.
* Ensure the Council's statutory responsibilities are met under the Care Act, including assessment, support planning, and safeguarding adults.
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective intervention plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and positive outcomes for individuals with mental health challenges.
* Engage with families and carers to provide support and information tailored to their needs.
