Registered Anaesthetics Theatre Nurse- London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

Pulse are looking for registered and experienced Band 5 & 6 Registered Anaesthetics Nurses in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, West London.

The closest station is East Acton station, It is in zone two and serves the Central line. The station is approximately a12 minute walk from the hospital.

£19.00 - £30.77

Anaesthetics Theatre Nurse responsibilities includes:

  • The Anaesthetic nurse's role is to detect adverse effects as soon as possible and intervene promptly and adequately within pre operation settings
  • Administrating Anaesthetics to patients before surgery
  • Monitoring drug levels of patients throughout the operation
  • Assessing the patient to ensure they can be discharged back to a ward
  • Offering support to the patient upon arrival to the post anaesthetic unit
  • Communicating with the anaesthetist and other members of the team
  • Keeping up to date with records of each patient.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
  • Valid NMC registration
  • At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Anaesthetics Sector
  • Ability to provide a clinical reference as well as covering the last three years of employment.
  • Able to provide an enhanced DBS or documents to apply for one.
  • Right to work within the UK - proof will be required.
