Job Description
Senior Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor
Location: West London
Permanent, full-time/ 37.5 hrs a week
Salary: £60,000 per annum + benefits
Our client is a leading international private healthcare provider and is looking for an experienced Occupational Health (OH) Nurse/Advisor to join their team.
You will be required to deliver professional OH consulting services to clients in Europe and Africa, and support special projects within the frame of OH consulting products and services. Actively support the development of OH programs for business activities in Europe and Africa under the guidance of Group and Regional Medical Directors, in coordination with the sales and marketing community.
Key Responsibilities;
- Deliver professional OH consulting solutions, working with Account Managers, Regional Consulting Practice Managers, and other OH consultants.
- Perform periodic OH compliance visits and audits for existing clients, and conduct on-site OH assessments as required.
- Provide consulting documentation, briefings on OH topics, materials, templates, methodology, stakeholder engagement, tools, and reports.
- Prepare and present documents required for consulting engagements, including consulting reports and outcomes to clients.
- Conduct research on OH-related legislation and regulations.
- Analyze data, synthesize results, write reports, and peer review other reports.
- Create, localize, customize, and deliver OH training content for team use.
- Attend and present at relevant professional conferences related to OH at the regional level.
- Participate in Health Consulting Practice calls, events, and meetings, including hosting and moderating OH-related events.
- Support the design, data visualization, and writing of communication, promotion, and marketing materials relevant to the OH Consulting Practice, and participate in marketing events.
- Identify and support the credentialing of OH local resources with the guidance of Network Services.
- OH advisory role in private organizations or relevant government office.
- Master's degree or above in Occupational Health
- Strong skills and knowledge in OH consulting and employee health and OH program management.
- Clinical OH knowledge with past experience is important, though this is a non-clinical position without nurse-patient interaction.
- A good understanding of the corporate environment, able to interact efficiently with C-suite leadership.
- Business to Business client expertise
- Local and international perspective on OH systems.
- Familiarity with local and international OH legislation and standards (e.g., ISO 45001 OH&S Management System standard).
- Strong reporting skills.
- Ability to interact with high-profile clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- High degree of motivation and organization.
- Gentle but firm management skills.
