- About The Role
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Prestbury, Cheshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours:
You will be a part of a team delivering 24/7 care by means of Live-In with 1 week on and 1 week off as a shift pattern. You will start on a Saturday at 12pm and leave the clients house on the following Saturday at 12pm.
Our client goes to University in Liverpool Monday - Friday, so you will take her and be based there for the duration, until returning to her home on the Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
- Valid UK driver's license
