Clinical Nurse Manager, Care of the elderly

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager for a 78-bed nursing home centrally located in South Dublin.

Easily accessible by public transport and road, the location of the nursing home would suit staff commuting from across Dublin and Wicklow.
The successful candidate will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care, managing resources, leading the team and be accountable for nursing activity and outcomes of care.

To be considered eligible for the role the following criteria apply:

• A registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Have a minimum of three years’ post grad nursing experience.
• Ideally you will have experience nursing older people.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology desirable.
• Post registration qualification in nursing people with dementia desirable
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
