CNM3 Operational Nurse Manager

Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager for a busy private hospital in West Dublin providing a full range of medical and surgical care across a broad spectrum of specialities.

This is an operational CNM3 role where the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of quality service in line with standards of nursing practice. As a key member of the senior nursing team, you will demonstrate managerial and leadership skills, working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing & Transformation, Senior Management Colleagues, Heads of Departments, Clinical Nurse Managers and Allied Health Professionals.

To be considered for the role the following criteria apply:

• Be registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI
• Previous Management Experience
• A health care management qualification is desirable at third level/ or level 9 on the National Qualification Authority of Ireland (NQAI.)
• 5 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the development and delivery of a comprehensive service.
• Previous experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders internal and external to achieve successful outcomes
• Demonstrated capability in change management
• Hold an up to date ACLS course or a willingness to undertake same.
