Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager Adults Social Worker in Hackney earning up to £32 hourly. This exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner or Assistant Team Manager within Adults is Ongoing and based in Hackney. What you will do:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ongoing Support and Review Team for the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service.

* Oversee staff portfolios, allocate cases, delegate tasks, and provide line management for social workers.

* Conduct Care Act 2014 assessments and address Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Mental Health Act 1983 requirements.

* Handle Court of Protection community cases and ensure legal literacy within the team.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, behavioural analysts, dietitians, support workers, and speech and language therapists.
