At HCA UK we're incredibly proud of our team culture. It's this sense of connection and collaboration that allows us to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. But, we know that no hospital team is complete without the vital support of its bank - and now, we're looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to support our teams across The Harley Street Clinic and HCA @ UCH.
The role will include a mixed caseload of complex oncology/haematology, surgical, cardiothoracic and intensive care patients.
The purpose of the role is to mostly be involved in complex discharge planning but also some ward-based functional rehab.

From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. To others, this may just be a Bank role, but to us, you're a valued member of our team, a team that improves lives on a daily basis.
What you'll bring:
- HCPC registration
- Experience within inpatient discharges across Oncology and Surgery
- Experience within a hospital environment
- Good communication skills
- Experience in intensive care advantageous but not essential.
Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world's leading healthcare providers. In the UK, we're one of the largest providers of privately funded healthcare and have invested over £500 million in the latest treatments, technology, techniques, medication and facilities. Being part of a large multisite, established healthcare group we offer the chance to broaden your clinical knowledge and thanks to our exceptional clinician to patient ratios, a healthy work environment that gives you more time to do what you do best: care.
