Key Responsibilities
Lead Complex Casework - Manage high-risk cases within the Children in Need (CIN) service , ensuring timely and effective interventions.
Safeguarding & Risk Assessments - Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety and protection of children.
Personalised Care Planning - Develop and implement tailored care plans, working closely with children and families.
Multi-Agency Collaboration - Partner with schools, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to provide a holistic support system.
Court Proceedings - Prepare comprehensive reports and provide expert testimony in legal proceedings where required.
