Job Description

Nurse Co-ordinator
Position: Nurse Co-ordinator
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £32-34,000 PA (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full time / Part time is available

MediTalent is excited to recruit a Nurse Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a private healthcare provider in Tonbridge. This role is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive team, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of nursing care through effective coordination and management.

As a Nurse Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in matching patients with suitable nurses, coordinating placements, and overseeing nursing operations. This position involves balancing three core areas such as nursing client services, nurse recruitment and induction and quality and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match patients with appropriate nurses based on their needs.
  • Oversee nurse recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
  • Ensure the smooth coordination of nursing placements under tight deadlines.
  • Support nurses professionally and clinically to achieve excellence in care delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients, nurses, and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
