MediTalent is recruiting for a Nurse Associate to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider based in Somerset. The hospital is led by some of the South-West's most experienced consultants offering a wide range of treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Support patients with hygiene, comfort, and mobility, promoting dignity and independence.
• Conduct medical history reviews and relevant clinical tests to support pre-assessment care.
• Contribute to discharge planning to ensure a safe and smooth transition for patients.

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register
• Minimum 2 years experience working as Band 4
• Nursing Qualification equivalent to band 4
• Experience in ward/inpatients/medical environment with a knowledge and understanding of medical procedures
• Good communication skills
