Job Description
Location: Southport
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week
Shifts: Nights
We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Southport. This role is for female candidates only, due to service needs.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior HCA in a care home setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team during night shifts
- Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with personal care and well-being of residents
- Maintain and update care plans in line with individual needs
