Job Description
Support Workers | Nottingham
We're looking for a resilient and compassionate Support Worker to provide specialist care for individuals with severe challenging behaviours. Join a dedicated team that makes a real difference every day in Nottingham .
The Role: Support woker
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to each individual
- Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment
What We Offer:
- Pay: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour
- Hours: 42 hours per week
- Shift: Days and Night shifts available
- Specialist Training: Full training provided in behaviour management and crisis intervention

What You Need:
