Care Team Leader

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £13.76 - £15.25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week
Shifts: 7:45am - 8:00pm / 7:45pm - 8:00am (must be flexible for both days and nights)

We are looking for an experienced Care Team Leader to join our residential home in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive environment, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role
• NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care
• Medication trained and confident in administration
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as required

• Lead and support the care team to deliver outstanding care
• Oversee medication management and ensure compliance
• Assist in care planning and risk assessments
• Provide hands-on care while fostering a positive team environment
