What you will do:

* Assess and treat patients with complex acute medical, cardiological, respiratory, and surgical conditions.

* Maintain detailed patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

* Participate in discharge planning and provide advice for continued care.

Requirements:

* UK OT experience is essential.

* NHS experience is required.

* Candidates must have acute experience.

* HCPC registration is necessary.
