About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our well-established team in a Nursing Home in Tunbridge Wells. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.

Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate records.

Develop and implement personalized care plans, liaising with families and healthcare professionals.

Provide leadership and support to care assistants and other team members.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for caring for elderly residents.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
