Clinical Deputy Home Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £24.50 per hour + Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Home Manager to join our client’s prestigious nursing home based in Liverpool. As the Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents while supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care.

Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of nursing and care staff, ensuring they provide compassionate and person-centered care.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold best practices.

Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.

Work closely with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met effectively.

Lead on training and development initiatives for staff, promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.

Previous experience in a similar senior nursing role within a care home setting.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

Strong clinical skills and experience in delivering high-quality care.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
