Are you an experienced leader in children's residential care looking for an exciting new opportunity? We're on the hunt for a talented Registered Manager to join our dynamic team in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This permanent role, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 to £60,000 annually based on experience, is ideal for someone who is keen to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. What you will do:

- Create a nurturing and supportive environment where children can flourish emotionally, socially, and physically.

- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and be their advocate.

- Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

- Develop tailored care plans that prioritise each child's unique journey.

- Maintain compliance with OFSTED regulations while focusing on individual well-being.

- Act swiftly and thoughtfully to address safeguarding concerns.

- Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals to support the best outcomes for children.

- Support children in participating in education and community activities, fostering a sense of belonging and achievement.

Requirements:

- A strong background in children's residential care with leadership experience.

- A deep understanding of The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.

- A caring, empathetic approach with a drive to help young people succeed.

- Excellent communication and team-building skills.

- Qualifications in social care or child development (Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent preferred).

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Who You Are:

- A proven leader in children's residential care, with a track record of positively impacting young lives.

- The Home will be catering to EBD children, and the ideal candidate should be willing to start immediately.

- Qualified with NVQ 3 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, and Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, or equivalent.

- Property will cater to 4 children . It is a 5 bedroom house which sits on 0.75 acres of land.
