What you will do:

* Lead a small sub-team and oversee staff development and supervision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

* Support the Team Manager in implementing the Signs of Safety approach, enhancing team performance.

* Chair high-risk Strategy Meetings on a rotation basis, collaborating with other sub-teams to safeguard children and young people.

* Assist the Team Manager with "ragging" referrals, allocations, and authorising social worker assessments to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Foster strong professional relationships with MASH Partner Agencies, promoting positive and meaningful collaboration.

* Contribute to the development of the service and participate in task force groups to drive improvement.

* Operate effectively under pressure, making confident decisions to ensure timely provision of services.
