BANK Ward Clerk
The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham
Bank Contract
£11.70/ hour
We're looking for a BANK Ward Clerk to join our team based at The Harborne Hospital to provide a reception/administrative service to support the unit to deliver a high quality service to clients.

What you'll do:
- Meet and greet patients, visitors, consultants and staff and deal with their enquiries in accordance with world class standards
- Answer telephone enquiries, referring where appropriate
- To make bookings for consultant appointments and clinical investigations
- To register patients and enter charges on to computer system
- Support and on some occasions work on other units as indicated in the absence of ward clerks
- Administrative support to Unit Manager and Sisters
- Take minutes, prepare minutes and agenda for Meetings
- Previous admin experience within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
