Occupational Therapist - Adaptations - Wigan (UK) - £30 - £35 Hourly (dependant on experience). This is an exciting chance to step into a rewarding role immediately with an ASAP start - ongoing. We are on the lookout for an Occupational Therapist with expertise in both adult and paediatric assessments for equipment and adaptations, including complex major adaptations. This opportunity offers the flexibility of full-time hybrid working, Monday to Friday, with part-time considered.

What you will do:

- Conduct thorough assessments for equipment and adaptations tailored to individual client needs, including complex and major adaptations.

- Provide expert evaluations for both adult and paediatric clients, ensuring personalised and high-quality service.

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans and deliver enhanced client outcomes.

- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and client progress to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

- Advise clients and families on the best practices and usage of equipment and adaptations to improve daily living and independence.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is essential.

- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

- Must be a car driver to facilitate travel around London and the surrounding areas if necessary.
