Key Responsibilities:

* Accessible Housing Services: Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services focused on accessible housing for households with disabilities.

* Housing Matching: Maximise the availability of suitable housing within the Royal Borough of Greenwich, ensuring the right match for households in need.

* Support for Households: Identify and assist households most in need of accessible housing, helping them secure properties that meet their needs.

* Collaboration: Work within the Disability and Home Improvement Service, collaborating with other services as necessary to provide comprehensive support.

* Customer-Centered Approach: Adopt a practical, professional, and customer-focused approach to addressing housing issues referred to the team.

Skills and Requirements:

* HCPC Registration: Essential for this role.

* Experience: At least two years' experience in a similar role within Occupational Therapy.

* Driving Licence: Preferable to facilitate client visits and other required travel.
