What you will do:

* Screen and assess incoming referrals to determine risk levels and the appropriate course of action.

* Participate in MASH strategy meetings, contributing to multi-agency discussions.

* Ensure all safeguarding concerns comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

* Maintain accurate records on case management systems.

* Engage with families as needed to gather information and offer support or referrals to services.
