Job Description

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) looking for flexible work in Widnes? We are recruiting experienced nurses to support a facility providing care for adults with complex mental health conditions, personality disorders, and forensic histories within secure and rehabilitation settings.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be working in a specialist recovery-focused environment , supporting individuals with complex needs, including those requiring low and medium secure care . Your role will involve delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes safety, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs

* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement recovery-focused care plans

* Support patients in achieving personal goals and independence

* Administer medication and monitor patient progress

* Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment in line with safeguarding and risk management protocols

Requirements:

* NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD

* Experience in secure mental health, forensic, or rehabilitation settings

* A compassionate, patient-focused approach

* Strong communication and risk management skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Valid PMVA training (if training not held, can be provided)

* Valid ILS training (if training not held, can be provided)

* Right to work in the UK, without the need for sp0ns0rship
