What you will do:

Support triage decision-making processes related to adult safeguarding

Undertake Section 42 enquiries as required

Develop and implement protection plans for individuals in need

Work directly with vulnerable adults in Somerset who are at risk of or experiencing abuse or neglect

Maintain accurate records and ensure effective risk management

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support
