This flexible locum position offers an attractive hourly rate of £26, with options for both full and part time work over a 6 month period. What you will do:

Engage in the comprehensive assessment of needs, planning, and delivery of care from assessment to discharge from services, ensuring holistic support.

Craft and evaluate care plans collaboratively with service users, carers, and other professionals, tailoring them to provide individualised care.

Provide unwavering support to empower people in their recovery journey within community settings.

Advocate passionately for service users, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Offer supervision to nonqualified staff, helping foster a supportive and educational environment.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of the Mental Health Act in your day-to-day tasks.

Work closely with external partners, including community-based services, social services, and other healthcare agencies, to ensure seamless care delivery.

Deliver therapeutic interventions as required and guide individuals with appropriate signposting to relevant services.
