Band 6/7 Physiotherapist - Frailty Therapy in Brighton (UK), earning £30 per hour, seeks an enthusiastic professional for an ASAP start with ongoing opportunity. What you will do:

* Conduct early assessment and intervention for patients in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit

* Facilitate safe patient discharge to their normal place of residence

* Participate with the Frailty Therapy Team across three frailty wards

* Engage in an integrated therapy approach to offer comprehensive and holistic assessments

* Deliver high standards of patient care

* Provide therapy support within the Same Day Emergency Care Unit under an integrated model

* Operate as an autonomous practitioner while working collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary Team

* Adopt a proactive approach to rehabilitation to maintain and improve patient function

* Promote timely discharges with a focus on "Home First"

Requirements :

HCPC registration required

Minimum of 2 years of experience

Car driving preferred
