What you will do:

* Take charge of your delegated workload, organising and prioritising tasks efficiently and effectively.

* Ensure accurate record-keeping, identifying and documenting new problems, and reporting all actions to the multidisciplinary team.

* Utilise your knowledge and skills to effectively manage available resources for optimal patient care.

* Participate in internal rotations as required by the service to broaden your skills and experience.

* Provide support and assistance in a rehabilitation setting, driving to various locations as necessary, thus a clean driving licence is essential.

With over 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Assistant in a similar rehab setting, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to our team.
