What you will do:

* Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical well-being.

* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Educate patients on self-care techniques and the importance of ongoing physical activity.

* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to support continuity of care.

This position is ideal for a Physiotherapist with experience in adult care and preferably with expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. You must be HCPC registered and have completed band 5 rotations within the NHS (UK), ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.
