What you will do:

* Facilitate dynamic family meetings using family networks and Family Group Conferencing models to empower families.

* Collaborate with practitioners across Children's Services, including the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, to offer essential family network meetings and conferences.

* Coordinate family-led solutions as part of Child Protection investigations and pre-proceedings stages.

* Manage comprehensive plans that support safe environments within family networks, ensuring solutions are diverse and inclusive.

* Develop strong working relationships and engage in a complex workload, balancing multiple risk factors and inputs to achieve positive outcomes.
