What you will do:

* Provide management support to the two team managers and three senior practitioners already in the service

* Supervise Personal Assistants (PAs) while managing a reduced caseload of complex young people

* Develop pathway plans and carry out home visits to offer continuous support alongside the Local Offer to Care Experienced Young People (CEYP)

* Apply your expertise in handling complex cases requiring additional support

* Spend 2-3 days per week in the office at BCP Civic or on duty at the 333 CL Hub, with some flexibility depending on service needs
