Job Description
Job Title: RGN/ RMN Nurse - Full time Nights ONLY
about the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team.Full time Nights ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements:
Must be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a nursing home or care home setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Additional Information:
Full time Nights ONLY
