Job Title: Dietitian - Band 6 - Renal

Location: Whitechapel, London (Based at multiple sites/offices)

Salary: £28 per hour

Contract: Full Time - part time will be considered, ASAP Start - Ongoing

What you will do:

* Provide expert dietary advice to patients with renal conditions, ensuring optimal nutritional care.

* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored dietary plans.

* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary interventions as necessary.

* Educate patients and families on nutritional management for kidney health, empowering them with the knowledge needed for self-care.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.

Essential requirements:

* HCPC registration is required.

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in renal dietetics or strong knowledge in this specialism.

* Preferably a car driver due to the multi-site nature of the role.
