We have an exciting opportunity for a Neurodiversity Practitioner to join our team at HMP Stocken , a category C Prison located in Rutland
Practice Plus Group have an exciting opportunity for a Neurodiversity Specialist with a passion for the field of neurodiversity/LD/neurology/complex care. This role offers the opportunity for wide-ranging development working as part of an Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) working within a Trauma Informed Care Approach
Hours
The site currently offers a flexible work pattern between Monday-Sunday, 7.5 hour days ( days to be discussed with successful candidate)
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £ 47,466 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Neurodiversity Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary.
- You'll provide direct and/or indirect support for those presenting with neurodiversity/ learning difficulties,
- You'll support for those with long-term neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's and/or Dementia and will support the IMHT with training in relevant area
- You'll be a lynch pin in the team, making a huge difference to our prisoners quality of life.
