What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and management of complex cognitive communication and language disorders, as well as dysphagia in patients with neurological conditions.

* Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

* Play a key role in the ongoing rehabilitative care and recovery of patients with neurological impairments.

* Engage in key working elements, managing communication with patients and families to support their journey.

* The role will be based within the neuro- rehab level 1 TBI service and will focus contribute significantly to the MDT management of these patients

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field. While a driving licence is preferable, it is not mandatory.
