Job Description
RGN / RMN Nurse
Job Title: RGN Nurse - Full time Day/ Nights - Mix of day and night shifts over the month - Shift times 07:45 -20:15 or 20:00-08:00
About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN/ RMN) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements:
Must be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a nursing home or care home setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
