What you will do:

- Attend and contribute to ward rounds, and participate in tribunals as needed

- Liaise with families and carers to provide holistic care

- Utilize the EPJS system to streamline patient documentation and care coordination (EPJS SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED).
