Job Description
Timings
36 hours per week | Working a mixture of days/nights over a 4 week period including alternative weekends - Shift times are 07:00-19:30 or 19:00-07:30
Job Title: RGN/ RMN Nurse -
about the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team.Full Time Days
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements:
Must be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a nursing home or care home setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
