Job Title: Regional Lead Occupational Therapist - Northern Region

Specialism: Mental Health Experience

Salary: Up to £50,618.00 Annually

We are looking for an innovative and skilled Regional Lead Occupational Therapist to play a key role within our mental health services in Charlwood, Surrey, Farmfield Drive. What you will do:

* Provide professional management and leadership for the Occupational Therapy service across the Northern Region.

* Deliver expert advice and guidance on service development and workforce planning to the regional team within the occupational therapy profession.

* Develop, monitor, and evaluate an effective supervision framework for the Occupational Therapy team, applying processes to manage performance.

* Support the recruitment of new Occupational Therapy staff across the region, ensuring a high calibre team.

* Identify training needs and lead the development and delivery of CPD opportunities for Occupational Therapy staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* To be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist

* At least 6 years post qualifying experience.

* Registered with the HCPC and meet the necessary continuing professional development requirements in order to remain on the register.

* Hold the relevant sensory practitioner qualifications

* A full and clean UK driving licence
