Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £32.37-£39.84 per hour (assignment rate)

Main duties of the Occupational Therapist:

* Working as part of a therapy led reablement service

* Working along side OTAs

* Completing OT assessments and exploring Housing needs

* Equiptment and adaptions

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist

* Recent NHS experience

* Registered with the HCPC

* Must be a car driver
