We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator Assistant to join our team at HMP YOI Foston Hall , a womens prison and young offenders institution located in Derbyshire
Hours
The site currently offers Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £27,582 per annum - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks
What you'll be doing
As an Administrator Assistant your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.
- Welcome and deliver patients, schedule appointments, deal with complaints and concerns.

Qualifications required
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
