About The Role
Job Summary
Practice Plus Group are looking for a x2 Permanent Operational Rota Administrators for our Out Of Hours service in Warwickshire.
We are looking for x2 people to cover a 30 hour a week contract and another on 15 hour a week contract.
You will work closely with Operational and Clinical Teams under the management of Rota Manager whilst assisting in the assurance, collation and production of staff compliancy reports. A ssisting in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance with designed rotas and ensure all general office duties are completed.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be creating accurate rotas to ensure that all areas of the service are covered by clinicians and operational staff alike. You would be using shift pattern information and would also be calling bank and locum staff to arrange shifts. You will finalise rotas on a long term basis as well as arranging immediate cover when required.
As well as current staff rotas, you would also be in contact with new staff on a regular basis. This would include arranging training and inductions and that they have supplied any outstanding paperwork before commencing their first shift.
Whilst speaking to staff and arranging shifts, you would also be reporting any queries and problems that arise, assisting in investigations where necessary. This may include any expected shortages on the rotas, or noting any trends in staff's ability to cover shifts such as late arrivals or non-attendance.
What you'll be doing
You will be an experienced administrator who is confident with rotas or similar coordination duties. You will have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on your accuracy. As sudden rota changes may arise, you will also have an organised approach to working and prioritising.
A basic knowledge or Microsoft office is required and you must have exceptional communications and influencing skills to be successful in this role. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills with strong numerical accuracy
The role would require building a rapport with staff and managers alike, and as such you will have exceptional communication and influencing skills.
