Job Title: Social Worker - Safeguarding and Support

What you will do:

* Manage a diverse caseload of 25 children, including Child Protection and Children in Need cases.

* Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective support plans.

* Collaborate with multi-agency workers to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Prepare detailed reports for court and attend proceedings as required.

* Offer guidance and support to families to help them overcome challenges.

* Ensure that safeguarding standards are maintained at all times.
