Job Description
Timings :
157.5 hours altogether in a month, 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts following week : Rotating Pattern of long days/nights/weekends (11.25 hours per shift)
RMN Nurse
About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurse ( RMN) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Requirements:
Must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a nursing home or care home setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
