Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Registered Care Manager in our reputable healthcare facility . Our service is home offering high-quality residential and dementia care. We actively involve its users in their local community, where they take part in a wide range of activities using local resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the care team to ensure that service users receive high-quality care in line with their individual needs.

Engage with service users and their families to assess, develop, and evaluate care plans that promote autonomy and well-being.

Ensure that care services meet CQC standards, continuously striving to improve the home’s quality of care.

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external professionals, families, and visitors.

Promote a positive and supportive working environment within the home, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
